We had prescribed upon them in It that indeed the soul for soul, and an eye for an eye, and a nose for a nose, and an ear for an ear, and a tooth for a tooth, and equal retribution for wounds; then if anyone remits the retribution, then there is an atonement for him, and whoever doesn’t judge with what Lord Allah has revealed, then those are the wrongdoers.
To have peace and harmony for mankind and to annihilate mischievous activities, Lord’s rules and regulations should be implemented among mankind as explained in verses 2: 178-179. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are reading all these verses have become worthless people by forgetting Adhikr as explained in verse 25:18. They are wrongdoers mentioned in 220 places as explained in verse 2: 254. They are the worst creatures who don't utilize their intelligence as explained in verse 8: 22. They are hurrying for the emergence of Antichrist and Doomsday by not utilizing Adhikr themselves or not giving It to others. Those who didn't judge his individual, family and social life with Adhikr, are the wrongdoers. The Impartial Lord doesn't guide anyone to Hell or Paradise. It is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against the Fujjar and push them into Hell. See explanation 2: 258; 3: 90-91; 4: 92, and 5: 19.
